I can get out of bad thought patterns by sitting, reflecting, praying, and meditation. Let go of the craving. accept the uncomfortable emotions, and they will pass sooner, rather than later.

It it is better to be humble than be humbled.

it all comes down to VIsion and Hard Work.

I can achieve more if I found skilled partners to work with on a common goal. This is important in my social life, as well as my career.

Chemical aditions will attempt to logicly justify doing them, despite the fact that they are a feeling of desire, rather than a bad decision.

The hardest part is figuring out what you want. But once you know... it's easy working towards it, because you know it's what you want.

Go with the flow of things, but don't comprimise your plans. Especially if it involves escapism.

Stand down when you coule be wrong, and stand your ground when you know you are right.

Don't waste your time worrying about foolish things. Life is is just too short and precious. Live everyday as if it's your last. When it comes down to it, there is a reason we call it the present. Life is a gift...enjoy it. (you never know when it will be taken away).
