To declare your manifesto, simply click the browse button to the right of "Upload Manifesto" then select your Word Document Manifesto.doc then press upload. Your manifesto will be posted for anyone to read, delaring your intention to come to epiphanies in your life.

Before you can declare your manifesto to the world, you must first make one. You can start with a blank Word Document you can download from here:
